ExactCare Earns a Third Top Workplace Recognition in 2023
CLEVELAND (July 12, 2023) – ExactCare, a national medication management and pharmacy care provider, has been named to the list of Top Workplaces in Healthcare for the second time. This is the third Top Workplaces award the company has earned this year, in addition to the Cleveland Plain Dealer Top Workplaces and Top Workplaces U.S.A awards.
Almost 800 organizations applied for the 2023 Top Workplaces in Healthcare award, but fewer than 200 companies made the list this year. ExactCare ranked 57 on this year’s list of large companies, designated as those with over 500 employees. View the complete list of Top Workplaces in Healthcare.

For the healthcare industry, the Bureau of Labor Statistics has projected the employment rate from 2021 to 2031 to grow much faster than the average of all other occupations with roughly 1.9 million open positions each year from growth and replacement needs.

The Top Workplaces in Healthcare award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey administered by Energage, a third-party employee engagement technology provider. The survey measures over 15 culture drivers and recognizes organizations that listen to employee feedback and drive people-first cultures. This year, ExactCare had a record number of employee participation in the Energage engagement survey.
