Max’s responsibilities include oversite of order fulfillment for ExactCare. In leading our fulfillment operation, he leverages his broad industry experience to advance the technology and organization of our state-of-the-art automated production lines and drive the delivery of world-class service, quality and accuracy. Max also works closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership teams to implement project-based initiatives that will enable the company to achieve key business objectives and strategic goals. He provides project management leadership company wide, including mentoring to help drive continuous improvements.
Since joining ExactCare, Max has gained a thorough knowledge of the company’s unique end-to-end operational processes and strategic direction. This understanding of the business–in conjunction with his 20 years of continuous improvement leadership across multiple industries, a certification in Lean Six Sigma and strong analytical skills–bring strength to this role.
Max has steadily progressed in his career, from learning directly from Toyota Motors Manufacturing to leading a major R&D program for optical crystals with Saint-Gobain to building the customer technical service organization for GE Lighting’s LED lighting business. At L’Oreal USA, Max gained critical experience deploying a World Class Operations culture, which he then carried to a leading mail order pharmacy, where he established a World Class Operations culture for the largest and most complex pharmacy front end operations in the company’s mail order network.
