ExactCare Achieves World-Class Patient Satisfaction Ranking for Fourth Consecutive Year
High-touch pharmacy services model delivers improved health outcomes and superior patient satisfaction
CLEVELAND (June 2, 2021) – ExactCare patients have rated the company’s unique medication management and pharmacy services model “world class” by customer service industry standards for the fourth consecutive year. For 2020, ExactCare earned a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +76, measured through the organization’s annual patient satisfaction survey.
NPS, a cross-industry benchmark used to measure overall customer satisfaction and loyalty, is measured on a scale of -100 to +100, with scores of zero or more considered “good.” This ranking places ExactCare well above the industry average of +28 for pharmacies.
On the same survey, 94 percent of patients agreed ExactCare makes it easier to manage their medications, and 89 percent reported ExactCare helps them better manage their health.
“Our focus on patients drives us to do our best every day, and our commitment to improving the lives of our patients is reflected in our ability to consistently maintain these results,” said ExactCare President and CEO Dale Wollschleger, R.Ph. “We’ve built our entire pharmacy care model to meet the unique needs of people who are living with chronic conditions, providing an enhanced level of support that makes it easier for our patients to overcome medication-related obstacles—and ultimately stay healthier. These results showcase the positive impact of this customized approach.”
ExactCare’s high-touch pharmacy care model provides a more comprehensive and collaborative approach to care, and includes partnerships with health plans, home health organizations, hospitals and other providers to support people with the most high-risk, complex medical needs and drive improved clinical and financial healthcare outcomes.
“For our healthcare partners such as health plans and providers, it is increasingly important to consider how members and patients respond to customer experience surveys such as CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems),” said ExactCare Chief Growth Officer Marshall Votta. “Our continuous innovation in clinical services and medication management ensures that our patients get the best care, and those patients share their positive experiences in survey responses. It’s a win-win for the patients and their healthcare teams.”
