CLEVELAND (July 27, 2016) – ExactCare® Pharmacy’s strategic HR leader, Veronica DeFeo Oubayan, MLRHR, has been named a top HR leader in Northeast Ohio and a finalist for the Crain’s 2016 Archer Awards in the Rising Star category.

Oubayan will be recognized Tuesday, Aug. 9 at the Archer Awards event reception, during which winners of each category will be revealed.

Oubayan joined ExactCare in 2014, early in the stages of the company establishing a formal human resources program. Since then, she has worked to build the human resources function from the ground up, establishing an HR infrastructure to support the continually evolving needs of the company.

Oubayan is responsible for managing a team responsible for all HR functions, including employment relations, performance management, training and development, recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, and federal and state compliance. She also oversees the development and implementation of the company’s HR strategies and programs to support the company’s continued expansion.
