CLEVELAND (August 13, 2019) – ExactCare’s vice president of human resources (HR), Veronica Oubayan, has been recognized by Crain’s Excellence in HR Awards in the Overall Excellence category. This is her second time on the notable list, as she was a finalist in the Rising Star category in 2016.

Oubayan joined ExactCare in 2014 as one of the company’s first HR hires. As ExactCare celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, she will continue spearheading the strategic alignment, organizational development, total rewards, performance management and talent acquisition efforts she has established. She is credited with not only championing company values, but for the ability to scale these forward-thinking initiatives as the company’s expansion and development progress.
