Go to the login page and click on the purple “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter your email address or phone number and you’ll receive a link with instructions on how to reset your password. If you don’t get the link within a half-hour, call us at 1-877-355-7225.
Yes. If you want to change your username or password, you can do so when you are in your MyECP account. Click on the Settings icon and then click on Account Info.
Go to your settings in your MyECP account. You’ll see a bell icon that says “Notifications & Reminders.” Click on that tab to manage your medication reminders.
You will be able to turn reminders on and off, set your reminder times, and choose how you want to receive reminders – text, email and mobile app.

You can log in at the top of this page. You can also log into your MyECP account from any page our website. Simply click on the MyECP link in the top purple bar. You’ll see the Login button when the MyECP page opens.
You can go to the Order or Calendar tab to find your delivery status. You can also set up notifications in your Settings to receive alerts when an order is shipped or delivered. Click on this icon to access your Settings .
