If you are a new ExactCare patient and concerned about running out of a medication, call us immediately.
Please do not fill the prescription at another pharmacy without talking to us first. Doing this could delay your first ExactPack delivery.

We’ve created a flyer you can print and take to your next doctor’s appointment. Sharing this with your doctor will help them better understand what we do, and it will help us get the prescriptions you need.
Your delivery will include a summary sheet with a list of the medication we have sent you. Pay attention to the dates in the upper right corner. This tells you when to start your ExactPack.
Following your start date will help ensure you don’t run out of medication or end up with more than you need.
You can track your medication shipments using ExactCare’s online patient portal, called MyECP. The MyECP app lets you access your account and medication information, get delivery alerts and more from any mobile device or computer.
You may receive some of your medication in bottles at first. Some of them may have less than a 30-day supply. This is a normal part of the process as we work to align your refills. Click here to learn more about why we align your refills and how long it might take.

After you speak with an ExactCare representative about what medications you are taking, our pharmacy team reaches out to your doctors for your prescriptions. When you receive your first ExactCare delivery depends on a number of things, including:
If you are concerned about running out of medications as you are getting started, please call us immediately!
As you are getting started, you may receive a delivery that contains less than a 30-day supply of pills in a bottle. This is because we are working to align all of your prescriptions so they fill at the same time.
This process is important! It allows us to send all your medications together at once every month. To help this process go smoothly, please return any calls you receive from ExactCare right away.
