With the recent rise in medication scams, it’s normal to worry about finding a pharmacy you can trust. ExactCare is a legitimate pharmacy! We have created a web page to address any concerns you may have. Read it here.
You are responsible for paying the medication copayment amount decided by your prescription insurance plan. We will let you know what your copays will be before we ship your medication. ExactCare will not charge you anything extra for our packaging, home delivery or clinical services.
ExactCare accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare Part D, Medicaid and private-pay insurance. We bill your insurance company directly, making the process as easy as possible for you.
No. You are not obligated to use ExactCare for any set amount of time. You can use our service for as little or as long as you would like.
We provide 30-day supplies using the ExactPack packaging. Most states have laws that limit packaged medications to a 30- or 31-day supply, which prevents us from packaging 90-day supplies in the ExactPack. If covered by insurance, we can provide 60- or 90-day supplies in bottles.
