Will AdhereRx Pharmacy still be my pharmacy?

No. ExactCare is now providing pharmacy services for AdhereRx Pharmacy patients. AdhereRx will no longer be providing pharmacy services.

Do I need to do anything to get my next shipment of medications?

ExactCare will be calling you. Please take their call or call them back right away. This is very important to ensure you have the medications you need.

How will ExactCare get my prescriptions?

We are in the process of transferring your medication information and prescriptions to ExactCare. It will be completed by April 28, 2023.

Do I need to tell my prescribers my pharmacy has changed?

ExactCare will be reaching out to your prescribers to request your prescriptions. It can be helpful for you to also let them know.

Who do I contact with questions about my medications?
